Business Analyst III
Alexandria Insights is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual to help manage and support NIWC Pacific STEM Outreach activities. This position will help to develop a variety of creative media products, to include graphical data representations, report design, website management, and video tutorials. This role will assist with the creation and maintenance of relevant data and metric collection processes and report development.
You will:
- Perform strategic planning and project management support and prepare technical input, documentation, presentations, reports, schedules, milestones charts, strategy plans, metrics, and related written products as required.
- Create or update program POAM schedules, briefs, program related correspondence, and initiatives relating to program projects, issues and proposals.
- Design and develop KPIs and oversee collection of performance measures and initiatives development, data collection and distribution and gap analysis for various objectives.
- Provide support for data calls and other budget drills, along with tracking data-call requests.
- Lead development and preparation of volunteer outreach toolkits, presentations, brochures, news articles, fact sheets, talking points, flyers, and other materials.
- Work closely with Knowledge Management to establish and maintain volunteer registration process.
- Develop volunteer outreach toolkits and asset tracking process.
- Monitor, maintain and manage analysis of virtual Dashboard and Reports for NAVWAR of program performance metrics.
- Knowledge and experience developing and managing workforce development programs like outreach, education, and mentoring.
- Maintain informational outreach websites and tailor content for specific audiences, age groups, etc.
- Work effectively with a wide range of internal and external customers daily
- Prepare correspondence such as memos, reports, and letters, along with PowerPoint presentations, adhoc reports, presentations, and spreadsheets. Provide editing support on documents, memos, and presentations.
Preferred Experience:
Two (2) or more years in developing technology marketing material on various media.
One (1) or more years of executing database tool functions, processes, and support.
One (1) or more years of experience utilizing Microsoft Power Platform applications.
ACTIVE Secret Clearance Required
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following: Marketing, Business, Communications or similar Degree from an accredited College or University.
Salary Range - $80,000 to $105,000 depending on experience
