Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) Analyst - Senior
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) Analyst conducts MPT analyses, including but not limited to Job Task Analyses (JTAs), Workload Analyses (WAs), Training Needs Analyses (TNAs), and Performance Analyses (PAs). The Senior MPT Analyst reviews existing workload documents, Job Task Analyses (JTAs), Front End Analyses (FEAs), and Training System Plans (TSPs) to recommend manpower estimates and training system updates or new training systems. The Senior MPT Analyst also develops training systems to include Programs of Instruction (POIs), lesson plans, Instructor Guides, student handouts, and job aids in support of Marine Corps programs. Facilitates MPT in-process reviews and customer briefs. Consolidates all stakeholder feedback of MPT document reviews and coordinates with the developer to ensure all comments are fully addressed and/or adjudicated. Attends and facilitates various meetings with government and contractor personnel, serving as a PM TCE MPT SME.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor s Degree in Education/Training or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7+ years of instructional design experience, including conducting up-front analyses, such as FEAs, TNAs, and/or PAs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience interfacing directly with Government clients up through senior-level staff (or comparable) to help achieve their objectives by providing management, technical and programmatic support.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple program components and activities simultaneously, independently or as a member or a working group.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 7+ years’ experience working MPT for DoD Acquisition programs.
- Conduct comprehensive MPT Analyses, as well as development of MPT Plans, and Manpower Estimate Reports.
- Familiarity with Marine Corps organizations, functional missions, environment, and programs.
- Experience and proficiency in procedures related to DoD ISD directives and standards to include the MIL-HDBK 29612-2A DoD Instructional Systems Design and NAVMC 1553.1a Marine Corps Instructional Systems Design/Systems Approach to Training and Education Handbook (MCISD/SATE).
