Junior Program Analyst
THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION
Alexandria Insights (AI) is looking for qualified and experienced Junior Program Analysts to support Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, VA. Duties / responsibilities include:
- Under supervision, support the team members and the customers with acquisition program lifecycle activities.
- Develop and maintain program schedules in MS Project.
- Assist with the development of acquisition documentation and reports.
- Coordinate and participate in meetings, to include preparing agendas and capturing minutes.
- Prepare presentations, and other supporting materials.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
- 0-2 years of related acquisition management experience for a government contractor, or related military experience.
- Eligible for DoD Secret clearance.
- Excellent writing skills required.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications, particularly with Word, PowerPoint, and Project
- OnePager Pro experience preferred but not required.
- Effective organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with the Naval Correspondence Manual preferred.
Salary Range - $50,000.00-$80,000.00
