Acquisition Logistics Analyst – Stafford, VA
Seeking Acquisition Logistics Analysts at different experience levels, with a strong background in life cycle logistics supporting acquisition programs, to support customer in Stafford, VA. Duties include:
- Provide direct support to client Assistant Program Managers – Logistics, Team Leads, Project Officers, and Logistics Analysts
- For senior level billets-Supervise and mentor junior and mid-level employees; potential to act as Team Lead directly responsible for execution of team tasks.
- Develop, update, and review Life Cycle Sustainment Plans, Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) Reports, Item Unique Identification (IUID) Plans, Independent Logistics Assessment (ILA) documentation, Manpower, Personnel and Training (MPT) Analyses and Plans, Training Packages, Fielding Plans, Facilities Impact Reports, Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) Plans, Disposal Plans, and conduct warranty coordination.
- Develop Product Support Strategies (PSS) for programs in various phases of the acquisition lifecycle, accounting for the Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements.
- Participate in Integrated Project Teams as a logistics representative to provide program information and recommendations based on the IPS elements and PSS.
- Travel and perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree; years of experience commensurate with the level:
- Junior- Level - 0 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Mid – Level: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience; +4 additional years combination of education, professional training, or relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. Equivalent to Foundational tier in DAWIA LCL functional area.
- Senior – Level: 10+ years of relevant experience; +4 additional years combination of education, professional training, or relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. Equivalent to advanced tier in DAWIA LCL functional area.
- Experience with Department of Defense and MCSC policies and processes to include USMC logistics, maintenance management, supply chain management and job task analysis. are required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team of Government and non-Government stakeholders is required.
- MS Office skills and proficiency with USMC logistics common applications, Total Force Structure Management Systems (TFSMS), Global Combat Support System- Marine Corps (GCSS_MC), Technical Data Management (TDM) Catalyst, TDM Publications, and Total Life-Cycle Management - Operational Support Tool (TLCM-OST)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, “go-getter” attitude, and a passion for the Marine Corps mission are required.
- Strong oral/written communication skills, and analytical capabilities are required.
- DoD SECRET clearance is required.
Salary Range - $75,000 - $120,000
