Receptionist
Alexandria Insights is a growing government contractor seeking a full-time Receptionist to support our office location in Stafford, VA. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and will be able to work independently. Typical duties include:
• Manage conference room scheduling requests
• Maintain conference center calendar
• Set up conference/meeting room and help with clean-up
• Prepare coffee and perform other hospitality services
• Make copies and collate meeting handouts
• Order and maintain supplies and equipment
• Maintain and publish employee contact rosters
• Maintain facility seating charts
• Organize and maintain files and records
• Assist employees with telephone and IT service requests
Qualifications:
• Exceptional communications skills and pleasant, customer-oriented attitude are required
• Ability to effectively work independently and as part of an integrated team is required
• Proficient on MS Office to include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel; experience navigating SharePoint required
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills are required
• Eligibility for DoD SECRET clearance is preferred
Salary Range - $45,000 to $55,000
